When I bought my car 4 years ago, I got a 6 CD changer in the boot (nicely hidden away and taking up no space) and a single cd in the front.
Anyway, I don’t remember the last time I used the multi-changer!

Unsurprisingly, whenever I try to use the single CD player in my mum’s car, I panic because I think I’m going to crash, and end up listening to the same CD over and over and over. The boot changers are for drivers like me.

You could always change the CD when you come to a natural stop – like traffic lights or something! 🙂
But apart from that you have good adivce… not concentraiting while driving can lead to DEATH, whether it be by Mobile phone, CD’s, Radio, DVD’s, or a Big Mac.
