I had to email Bev to find out what was meant… and only after much staring did I see that message sent to me during sunset before the summer solstice at stonehenge… boldy in the top middle of the picture, nestled among the clouds… “NO”… was someone trying to tell me something?

Managed a good sunrise at Deadman Hill yesterday morning… I’m sure all the car heading off to work along Roger Penny Way, think I’m mad, stood on the bend of a road in the chill of the early morning, taking photographs of a tree!
New Forest, Dead Man’s Hill, Sunrise, Photograph, Roger Penny Way, Fordingbridge. B3078I made Mulled Wine and Mulled Cider for our fireworks night on Saturday, so the house smelt like Christmas. I love the smell of Mulled Wine. Note of warning, making Mulled Ciders seems a tad harder than Mulled Wine. I think the Cider makes a big difference whereas on the whole, wine doesn’t.

It was a from Jo Whiley’s live lounge yesterday…. absolutley haunting. I can actually say, that despite the cliche, I felt tingles down the spine and goosebumps on the skin.
