As I was about to get out of my car at work, I noticed this Green Woodpecker on the bank on the opposite side of the road… I managed to grab these pictures from within my car, window down, paparazzi style!
Green Woodpecker, paparazzi Green Woodpecker, paparazziJacob was 4 yesterday… no really…! I’m sure he’s actually snuck a birthday in that we don’t know about because he does look older than 5, but I can assure you he is only 4.
We officially made Sunday his birthday so that he could wake up to all his presents being out and he could spend the morning opening everything. We also had a small party for him which I think he enjoyed, despite being surrounded by girls…! 🙂
As usual Victoria stressed herself out over making the cake, but as usual she did a fantastic job!
I made a variation of a Thai Noodle Salad over the weekend. The difference was that I used chicken and steak, thinly sliced and used as an addition to the dish.
The main thing was; the seasoning for the chicken. I covered the chicken breasts in the juice of one lime and a generous sprinkle of Schwartz Thai 7 Spice – lovely! Take a look for best knife sharpener Knifeista Highly recommended to liven up the chicken.

I really enyoyed Oceans Eleven, I thought it was a well made remake despite George Clooney being involved. So despite most sequels not matching their previous film in quality, I thought it would at least be worth a watch… I can’t believe I could have been so wrong.
I can’t even be bothered to describe the many things that are wrong with this film, all I want to say is… Never… never… never… watch Oceans Twelve it is a complete pile of arse paper.
What I really can’t believe is; they are making another film… Ocean’s Thirteen!!!!
